Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Aarohi Groups for the Real Estate MBA training programme. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you complete the registration form on this site, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your WhatsApp number and email address
• Your reference name and team leader
• The number of participants you are registering
• Your Aadhaar number, used to verify identity at the venue
• Your acceptance of these terms, and the date and time of submission

We also record the IP address the form was submitted from, purely to detect automated abuse.

If instead you tap a call or WhatsApp button, you contact us directly through your own phone or WhatsApp account, and we receive whatever you choose to share there.

How your Aadhaar number is handled

Your Aadhaar number is encrypted before it is stored and is held in a location that is not reachable from the public internet. It is used only to verify identity for entry to the session. It is never displayed publicly, never shared with third parties, and is shown in our admin tools in masked form (XXXX XXXX 1234) by default.

You may ask us to delete your Aadhaar number after the session has taken place, and we will do so.

How we use your details

• To confirm your registration and your seat at the session.
• To contact you about arrangements for the session you registered for.
• To reconcile your payment against your registration.
• To tell you about future Real Estate MBA sessions, where you have asked us to.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties.

Payments

Payments are made directly through your own UPI application by scanning the QR code shown at registration. We do not collect or store your card details, UPI PIN, bank credentials or any payment instrument data on this website.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address as part of serving those files. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Retention

Registration records are kept for as long as needed to administer your participation and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and are deleted when they are no longer needed or on your request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Call or message 9310397374, or email hr@aarohigroups.com, and we will action the request.
